Wine is shipped Monday through Friday only via FedEx 2-Day Service on the shipping date requested. Wine must be sent to a physical address, NO PO BOX / APO. Recipient must be 21 yrs of age or older to sign for package. FedEx cannot leave wine packages at the door and will return them to the Volcano Winery after three (3) delivery attempts. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Our natural fermented wines and sparkling wines are living products that can be sensitive to temperature fluctuations during transit.
Warm Weather Shipping: Exposure to excessive heat may cause wine to expand, potentially resulting in seepage, pushed corks, compromised carbonation, or premature aging. During periods of high temperatures, we recommend shipping to a business address, selecting expedited delivery when available, and ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon arrival.
Cold Weather Shipping: Exposure to freezing temperatures may cause wine to expand, leading to leakage, pushed corks, bottle damage, or changes in wine quality. We may temporarily hold shipments when severe cold conditions are expected along the shipping route.
Natural & Unfiltered Wines: Because these wines are minimally processed and may contain active yeast or sediment, they can be more susceptible to temperature-related changes than conventionally produced wines.
By placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with weather-related shipping conditions. We monitor conditions closely and reserve the right to delay shipments when necessary to help protect the quality of your wine.
