What wines will I receive in my shipments?
Wine shipments include a total of 3 bottles of our standard wines, a varied selection curated by the wine club coordinator and wine maker.
Why do you keep my credit card information?
Club Volcano membership is free to sign up! You are only billed for your Club Volcano installments during the club package quarter. We retain your credit card information, as the wine club is an automatic subscription. We will bill you for each installment unless skip is selected in club package.
How does billing work?
We automatically charge your card on file on the date stated in the notification email. The notification is sent about 2 weeks prior to the Club package month. If you do not customize or skip your order inside Club Packages you will be charged for the minimum 3 bottles of wine (which varies in selection) and an exclusive member shipping rate of $25 plus any applicable taxes.
Do I get to pick what wines I receive?
Club packages are customizable once they are open by the club coordinator. You will receive a member email prior to shipping notifying you of which wines are selected. If you do not customize your package before the selected charge date (typically the beginning of the installment month) you will be charged and shipped the default selection of 3 bottles. You may order wines outside of club packages at a member discount (20% off bottles, 20% off shipping). Keep in mind that it will not count towards the club package fulfillment status.
How do I reorder wine?
Members can call us toll-free at 1.877.967.7772 to order wines at member rates (20% off bottles, 20% off shipping) outside of club packages.
What are shipping prices if I want more than 3 bottles of wine?
Each Club Volcano 3 bottle installment will ship at the exclusive member price of $25. Members enjoy 20% off shipping any wine shipment placed between Club Volcano installments.
What does it mean when I get a FedEx notification that I’m getting a shipment, but it has no delivery date?
Label may be created up to 7 days before the scheduled ship out date. If you have not requested a preferred ship date, tracking information may not reflect the ship date selected until the package is received by FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days after package leaves our facility.
How do I cancel my wine club?
Contact us info@volcanowinery.com to request cancelling your membership. Two (2) completed club packages are required before cancellation is approved.
