Volcano Blush is comprised of 30% local Jaboticaba berries, 70% Muscat Dry. Featuring Hawaiian tuberose and pikake floral notes up front, it has delicate cranberry undertones with a crisp green apple finish.
Pairs well with local fish tacos with pineapple salsa, and spinach salad with goat cheese and roasted beets.
